Why family medicine clinics partner with Echovasc
Testing where your patients already are.
Convenient access for patients
Patients can have an echocardiogram or Holter monitor fitted at their own clinic, with less travel to a separate diagnostic location where applicable.
Simpler follow-up
Reports come back to the referring physician, and follow-up happens with the clinician who already knows the patient.
No diagnostic department to build
Echovasc brings the equipment and the diagnostic professional. The clinic does not need to buy, maintain or staff its own cardiac diagnostic service.
Coordinated, predictable service days
Service days are planned with the clinic and repeated on a cadence that matches demand.
Established workflows
Scheduling, testing, processing and reporting run through systems Echovasc has used with clinics for years.
An ongoing relationship
You have a direct contact at Echovasc for scheduling, questions and changes as the practice grows.
Services that may be available on site
Echocardiography, contrast echocardiography and Holter monitoring.
All three are physician-ordered tests performed by Echovasc's diagnostic professionals. Contrast echocardiography is offered where the required clinical and site arrangements are in place. Which services run at your clinic, and how often, is confirmed during the partnership discussion.

Frequently asked questions
Before you get in touch.
What types of clinics can partner with Echovasc?
Echovasc works primarily with family medicine clinics: solo and group family practices, family health teams and primary care clinics with physicians who order cardiac diagnostic tests for their patients. If you are unsure whether your practice is a fit, send us a note and we will tell you.
Does our clinic need existing cardiac diagnostic equipment?
No. Echovasc brings the echocardiography equipment, Holter monitors and supplies needed for each service day.
What space may be required?
Usually a standard exam room that can be set aside for the service day, with an examination table, an electrical outlet and enough space for the portable ultrasound unit. We look at the space together during the operational assessment.
Which cardiac diagnostic services are available?
Echocardiography and Holter monitoring. What is offered at a particular clinic is confirmed during the partnership discussion.
Who coordinates the testing?
Echovasc does. We organize the equipment, supplies, scheduling of service days and the diagnostic professional who performs the testing. The clinic books its own patients into the day and provides the room.
How are reporting arrangements handled?
Completed studies move through Echovasc's established systems and physician reporting arrangements, and reports are returned to the referring physician. Interpretation is carried out by qualified physicians under those arrangements. Clinical follow-up remains with the patient's own physician.
Can service schedules be tailored to clinic needs?
Yes. Service days are planned around the clinic's calendar and expected volume, and can be adjusted as demand changes.
How do we request a partnership discussion?
Use the form on this page or on the contact page, or call us directly. We will come back to you to arrange an initial conversation. Specific terms are discussed individually with each clinic.
