The inquiry form asks for your name, clinic name, role, contact details, clinic location, the services you are interested in and a short message, plus optional details about your clinic. Echovasc uses this information only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss a possible service arrangement. Submissions are delivered to Echovasc through the website hosting provider's form service.
Do not include patient names, health card numbers, medical histories, test results or other personal health information in the form.
Website operation
Standard hosting and security logs may be processed as needed to operate and protect the website. This website does not use advertising trackers.
